Individual Employment - To meet the changing labor needs of the business community and the objectives of many of its employees, Portage developed an employment service that assists those workers that have a desire to work in the community, in successfully finding positions with local businesses.
Employment- Many of our employees have an interest in advancing to employment outside of Portage Industries. Likewise, many local businesses have labor-intensive needs that must be handled inside their own plant. Portage specializes in successfully matching the needs of the employer with the skills of its employees. In addition, Portage provides free, to the employer, the necessary training and on-going support to assure that employees can meet the standards of the project to the employer's satisfaction.
